My first deposit was $60 MXN. I started playing and won between $3,000 and $5,000 MXN. I wanted to withdraw, but I couldn't. They told me that to withdraw, I had to reach VIP level 2, and my total deposit had to be $300 MXN. They also blocked the games. After thinking about it for a while, I made another deposit and leveled up. The games were unlocked, I played a bit, and tried another withdrawal, but nothing. They blocked the games again, claiming the system had detected something unusual in my bets, and that to reset my account, I had to reach VIP level 3, and now my deposit had to reach a total of $1,000 MXN to be able to make a withdrawal. So, after all the frustration I went through—I don't remember exactly how long, maybe several weeks—I took a chance and deposited another $700 to reach $1,000. After playing for a while, my account balance reached $14,300. Customer service supposedly gave me instructions on how to withdraw. First, I had to withdraw $10, supposedly so the system wouldn't detect any anomalies or something. Then I had to withdraw $500, and after that, the rest of my balance. In the end, I was only able to withdraw $10. When I tried to withdraw $500, it wouldn't let me and the games were blocked again. I contacted support, and they scolded me for doing things wrong, for not paying attention, and that it was my fault. They said that to reset my account, I now had to deposit another $2,000 to reach $3,000 and become VIP 4. The thing is, even though I can access my account, I can't play, withdraw, or do anything. The $1,000 I deposited seems to be gone. The $14,300 I won was just a trick to get me to keep depositing, I think. And they even scolded me. How do they expect me to keep depositing? Honestly, the only thing I can think is that they're a scam.

Mi primer depósito fue de 60$mx empecé a jugar y gane entre 3000$ y 5000$ quise retirar y no pude me dijeron que para retirar tenía que subir a nivel vip2, y mi depósito total tenía que ser de 300, además bloquearon los juegos. Después de pensarlo un rato hice otro depósito y subí de nivel desbloquearon los juegos, jugué un poco e intente otro retiro y nada, volvieron a bloquear los juegos con la escusa de que el sistema había detectado algo raro en mis apuestas, y que para restablecer mi cuenta tenía que subir a nivel vip3 y ahora mi depósito tenía que llegar a un total de 1000, para poder hacer un retiro. Total que después de tantos corajes que pase no recuerdo cuánto tiempo paso varias semanas tal vez, pero me arriesgue y volví a depositar 700$ para llegar a 1000$ después de jugar un rato mi cuenta llegó hasta 14,300$, en atención al cliente supuestamente me dieron la guía para poder retirar, primero tenía que retirar 10$, según para que el sistema no detectará anomalías o no se que, después tenía que retirar 500$, y después de eso el resto de mi saldo. Total que solo pude retirar 10$, al intentar retirar 500$ ya no me dejó y volvió a bloquear los juegos, me comunique con soporte y me regañaron por que hice mal las cosas y que no puse atención y que fue mi culpa, y que para restablecer mi cuenta otra vez ahora tenía que depositar 2000$ más para llegar a 3000$ y ser vip4. El caso es que aunque si puedo entrar a mi cuenta, no puedo jugar ni retirar ni nada, los 1000$ que deposite ,al parecer ya los perdí los 14,300$ que gane fueron un truco para que siguiera depositando yo creo. Y todavía me regañaron. Como creen que voy a seguir depositando. Sinceramente lo único que puedo pensar es que son un fraude.

I don't have the messages anymore; I deleted them. Why was I even thinking of filing this complaint? I felt even angrier reading them, and I even used strong language out of anger and frustration at being scammed. If I'm not going to get a single penny back, I at least hope my experience helps anyone who reads this or has doubts about that casino.
