Desde os medidores de Charge, Jackpots e Multiplayer desaparecerem do ecrã, o que provocou a não acumulação dos mesmos saídos em spins e de seguida, após eu ter saído do jogo por causa desta anomalia, ao entrar de novo, os medidores de bônus não se alteraram após imensos spins em que saíram bolas da cor correspondente a acumulação desses medidores.

Após análise do departamento correspondente a Betano e enviou um email a dizer-me que estava tudo correto com os montates pagos e gastos nessa sessão, sem me responder ao que realmente perguntei. Agradeço a vossa atenção e ajuda. Obrigado

In my previous post, which was mistakenly made on the Gates of Hades slot, when I intended to talk about this slot, SpellMaster, I also failed to mention Casino Betano, where these software glitches have occurred several times and not here at Casino Guru.

From the sudden "disappearance" of the accumulators in the image, to the lack of accumulation of the colored ORBs in the same accumulators..., the conclusion is that Casino Betano did not find any fault even after photos and videos sent by me to customer support.

In short, more than 40 euros were lost in more than 100 spins with almost no return, without any accumulators having triggered, in a slot whose RTP is 96.50%!!!!!

No meu post anterior, que por engano foi feito na slot Gates of Hades, quando o que eu pretendia era falar sobre esta slot, SpellMaster, também faltou a referência ao casino Betano, onde aconteceram estas falhas de software, várias vezes e não aqui no casino guru.

Desde o "desaparecimento" súbito dos acumuladores da imagem, á ausência de acumulação das ORBs coloridas nos mesmos acumuladores..., a conclusão é de que o Casino Betano não encontrou nenhuma falha mesmo depois de fotos e vídeos por mim enviados no apoio ao cliente.

Em resumo, foram mais de 40 euros perdidos em mais de 100 spins quase sem retorno nenhum, sem que nenhum acumulador tenha disparado, numa slot cujo RTP é de 96.50%!!!!!
