Την περασμένη Δευτέρα (10 Μαρτίου) έγραψα σε αυτό το καζίνο και έκανα την πρώτη μου κατάθεση, χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.
Έκανα ένα μικρό κέρδος, αλλά ήθελα να κάνω μια ανάληψη για να δω πώς λειτουργεί κλπ. Μετά από δύο ημέρες, η ανάληψη χρεώθηκε στην πιστωτική μου κάρτα (η ίδια μέθοδος που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για την κατάθεση).
Χθες, αφού επιβεβαίωσα ότι είναι σοβαροί, έκανα άλλη μια κατάθεση, αυτή τη φορά μέσω MBWAY, και πέρασε αλλά δεν μπήκε στον λογαριασμό του καζίνο. Πήγα στο chat, και εκεί μου είπαν ότι κανονικά χρειάζεται 1-60 λεπτά για να πέσει. Περίμενα εκείνη την ώρα και δεν πέρασε. Είπα στο chat για την κατάσταση, μου είπαν ότι ήταν περίεργο και μου ζήτησαν κάποιες λεπτομέρειες για να αναφέρω την υπόθεση. Ταυτόχρονα, έλαβα ένα αυτόματο e-mail που έλεγε ότι υπήρξε σφάλμα με την κατάθεση και ότι θα προσπαθήσουν να το επιλύσουν. Η αλήθεια είναι ότι τα χρήματα έφυγαν από τον τραπεζικό μου λογαριασμό και δεν έχουν αποκατασταθεί μέχρι σήμερα.
Πίστεψα ότι η κατάσταση θα λυθεί και αποφάσισα να κάνω νέα κατάθεση (χωρίς να έχω λάβει την προηγούμενη), χρησιμοποιώντας την πιστωτική κάρτα με την οποία είχα καταθέσει τη Δευτέρα. Λειτούργησε καλά, τα χρήματα βγήκαν. Έπαιξα τα φρουτάκια για μερικές ώρες (κυρίως pgsoft, όπως μπορείτε να δείτε αν σας αρέσει) και κέρδισα περίπου 900€. Αποφάσισα ότι ήρθε η ώρα να κάνω ανάληψη μερικών από τα χρήματα και προχώρησα στην αίτηση ανάληψης, σε δύο δόσεις, χρησιμοποιώντας την ίδια μέθοδο που χρησιμοποιούσα πριν χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα (τη συνηθισμένη πιστωτική κάρτα mastercard). Τα αιτήματα ήταν για 300€ και άλλο για 500€. Μετά από λίγα λεπτά η κατάσταση του αιτήματος ήταν: απορρίφθηκε. Και για τα δύο.
Επέστρεψα στο chat, και εκεί μου είπαν ότι είναι φυσιολογικό να τους αρνούνται μερικές φορές, λόγω της ροής των παραγγελιών, και μου ζήτησαν να κάνω περισσότερες παραγγελίες με μικρότερες ποσότητες. Το έκανα και όλοι απορρίφθηκαν ξανά. Μου είπαν επίσης να δοκιμάσω μια άλλη μέθοδο, την οποία είχα ήδη κάνει. Δοκίμασα τη μεταφορά SEPA, η οποία επίσης δεν πέτυχε.
Εν ολίγοις, όλα μου τα αιτήματα ανάληψης απορρίπτονται και χρησιμοποιώ την ίδια μέθοδο που χρησιμοποιούσα αρχικά και η οποία λειτούργησε κανονικά. Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί συμβαίνει αυτό. Στη συνομιλία λένε ότι θα εξετάσουν γιατί απορρίπτονται, αφού χρησιμοποιώ την ίδια μέθοδο κατάθεσης.
Η αλήθεια είναι ότι ακόμα δεν ξέρω πότε και πώς θα πάρω πίσω την κατάθεση των 20 € που δεν έφτασε στον λογαριασμό του καζίνο ή τι με εμποδίζει να κάνω ανάληψη αυτών των τελευταίων (νόμιμων) κερδών. Τώρα λένε ότι εκκρεμεί η επαλήθευση, αλλά δεν μου έχουν ζητήσει τίποτα για να κάνουν αυτήν την επαλήθευση. Θα ήθελα να συνεχίσω να στοιχηματίζω εκεί, αν και υπάρχει πάντα κάποιος «θόρυβος» όταν πρόκειται για συναλλαγές, είτε πρόκειται για κατάθεση είτε για ανάληψη.
Ελπίζω να είναι απλώς ένα σφάλμα και να επιλυθεί ώστε να συνεχίσω να παίζω. Ούτε στο τσατ δεν αξίζουν να μου απαντήσουν, και όταν το κάνουν λένε ότι υπάρχουν «λειτουργικές δυσκολίες στο site». Είναι όλα πολύ ασαφή και διαφανή. Ελπίζω πραγματικά να είναι απλώς παράβλεψη και να το λύσουν.

I decided it was time to withdraw some of the money, and proceeded to request a withdrawal, in two tranches, using the same method I've used before without any problems (the usual mastercard credit card). The requests were for €300 and another for €500. After a few minutes the status of the request was: refused. For both.
I went back to the chat, and there they told me that it's normal for them to be refused sometimes, given the flow of orders, and asked me to place more orders with smaller quantities. I did so, and they were all rejected again. They also told me to try another method, which I had already done. I tried SEPA transfer, which didn't work either.
In short, all my withdrawal requests are being refused, and I'm using the same method I used initially and which worked normally. I don't understand why this is happening. In the chat they say they'll look into why they're being refused, since I'm using the same deposit method.
The truth is that I still don't know when and how I'm going to get back the €20 deposit that didn't reach the casino account, or what's preventing me from withdrawing these latest (legitimate) winnings. Now they say it's pending verification, but they haven't asked me for anything so that they can do this verification. I'd love to keep betting there, although there's always some "noise" when it comes to making transactions, whether it's depositing or withdrawing.
I hope it's just an error and can be resolved so I can continue playing. They don't even deign to answer me in the chat, and when they do they say there are "operational difficulties on the site". It's all very unclear and transparent. I really hope it's just an oversight and they'll sort it out.
Na passada segunda-feira (10 Mar) inscrevi-me no neste casino, fiz o primeiro depósito, sem problemas.
Consegui uns ganhos irrisórios, mas quis fazer o levantamento para perceber como funcionava etc. O levantamento após dois dias caiu no meu cartão de crédito (mesmo método que foi usado para o depósito).
Ontem, e após ter confirmado que são sérios, fiz novo depósito, desta vez via MBWAY, ele foi efectuadomas não caiu na conta do casino. Fui ao chat, e lá informaram-me que é normal demorar de 1-60min a cair. Aguardei essa hora, e não caiu. Adverti no chat da situação, disseram-me que era estranho e pediram-me alguns dados para reportar o caso. No mesmo instante recebi um e-mail automático e que dizia ter existido um erro no depósito, que iam tentar solucionar. A verdade é que o dinheiro saiu da minha conta bancária e não foi reposto até ao momento.
Confiei que a situação fosse resolvida e decidi fazer novo depósito (sem ainda ter recebido o anterior), com o cartão de crédito com que tinha efetuado depósito na segunda-feira. Funcionou bem, o dinheiro caiu. Joguei durante algumas horas nas slots (sobretudo pgsoft como podem comprovar se quiserem) e obtive ganhos a rondar os 900€. Decidi que era o momento de levantar uma parte do dinheiro, e procedi ao pedido de levantamento, em duas tranches, com o mesmo método que usei anteriormente sem qualquer problema (o cartão de crédito mastercard de sempre). Os pedidos eram de 300€ e outro de 500€. Após uns minutos o estado do pedido era: recusado. Em ambos.
Voltei ao chat, e lá disseram-me que é normal que às vezes sejam recusados, dado o fluxo de pedidos, e pediram-me que fizesse mais pedidos com mais com quantidades menores. Fiz isso, voltaram a ser recusados todos. Disseram-me também para testar outro método, o que eu já havia feito. Teste transferência SEPA, também não funcionou.
Em suma, todos os meus pedidos de levantamento estão a ser recusados, sendo que estou a usar o mesmo método que usei inicialmente e que funcionou com normalidade. Não entendo qual é a questão vigente para que esteja a acontecer isto. No chat dizem que vão averiguar o porquê de serem recusados, uma vez que estou a usar o mesmo método de depósito.
A verdade é que ainda não sei quando e como vou reaver os 20€ do depósito que não chegou à conta do casino, nem o que está a impedir o levantamento destes últimos ganhos (legítimos). Agora dizem que está pendente de verificação, mas não me pediram nada para que possam fazer essa tal verificação. Gostaria muito de continuar a apostar lá, embora haja sempre algum "ruído" no momento de fazer operações, quer seja depositar ou levantar.
Espero que se trate apenas de um erro, e se possa solucionar para poder continuar a jogar. No chat já nem se dignam a responder-me, e quando o fazem dizem haver "dificuldades operacionais no site.". Tudo muito pouco explícito e transparente. Espero mesmo que seja só um lapso e solucionem o caso.
