If you don't verify your identity, you won't be able to get the money, which is why it keeps getting returned to you. 

Only scam casino, probably i can't get any money... No bonus used, 40€ depo and roulette win...

We can clearly see the casino's explanation of why they took your money. And how does any of that apply to you? Were you using a VPN? Were there any documents you edited?

If nothing they wrote is clear to you and you don't feel like you did anything wrong or against the rules, you have the option to submit a complaint with us.

Δεν χρησιμοποιώ VPN, δεν έχω επεξεργαστεί κανένα έγγραφο κ.λπ. Έστειλα ό,τι μου ζήτησαν και σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες. Κάθε έγγραφο που μου ζητούν πρέπει να το στείλω δύο φορές.. Το πιο αστείο είναι ότι δεν πήρα καν μπόνους, ωμή κατάθεση 40€ και μετά η ρουλέτα πληρώνει. Ναι, παρακαλώ, βοηθήστε με με αυτό. 🙏🏻
