I have made an account in this casino, wagered the bonus, deposited and sent my doccuments for verification porpuses on October 10th. On October 29th it was approved. They made my wire transfer on December 9th but still haven't reached my account. They said that I should call my bank, I did and my bank said that the transfer never made it here, that it must be blocked and the Rich Palms should talk to their bank. I passed this information to Rich Palms that asked me to send an email to the financial department with screenshots proving that I haven't receive anything. I mean!!!! Horrible! Why don't they just talk to their bank since it's there problem? Very unprofissional, very slow.

what was impressive this round was that i believe i deposited with debit or credit card. then cashed out in bitcoin. and they approved it. see my comments shortly on diamond reels and island reels on that issue. but yea i believe my 1st withdrawal at rich palms took the same time.

oh and 1 other important thing about rich palms. when you have a payout pending, you can still redeem their bonuses and deposit , as if no payout pending. smart for them to do that. i feel their withdrawals take too long. excellent bonuses

I can see that the casino won't be the fastest when it comes to withdrawals, but I always say that as long as the money always comes and you don't have a problem waiting a week, it's not a bad thing. It's also nice that you managed to withdraw using a different method than the one you used to deposit because not everywhere has this benefit. 

As for bonuses, do you like to play with them often ? Which conditions they have ? 🙂

their bonuses are probably the best because the minimum deposits only $25 and most of them are no Max cash out and the biggest kicker is they don’t tax you on your free spins you can win 100 or $200 for say on your free spins and your wager won’t change. my favorite bonuses were the wild T-Rex, Vegas, Lux, and sometimes their daily bonus of the day was pretty good. Unfortunately. oh, let me just add real quick that it was extremely difficult for me to win a payout. I don’t know why but it a whole bunch of deposits that I still feel that we’re all worth it well anyway, so that kind of means the place with the best bonuses might be harder to win, but I noticed that after my second payout, my account is no longer offered the normal coupons that have no max cash out. so they banned me on that level. even though I may have surpassed them in win to loss ratio. I feel that was pretty unfair because I literally deposited like 50 times and with the stroke of a pen just turned the whole table against me and it immediately has taken a huge effect in their favor yesterday when I was playing I hit big on suite 16, bypassing the max cash out by hundreds of dollars and with still a couple thousand wager to go. It is super super hard to have them land on each other equally so you find yourself trying to lose on purpose because I don’t want cash out a payout that’s over the max cash out and risk them deny the withdrawal and to start all over. this is one of the evidence pieces of why online gambling is so insanely better than land because you can’t even lose on purpose easily. It would’ve been 1000 and I hit for 1400 on the game with a two dollar bet. I feel like the coupon was misleading at best, of course I wouldn’t deposit 40 knowing that 10 more dollars gets you the free spins tax-free, and I feel like their loyalty has shown a huge fracture because all those times I was depositing they had no problem with me, redeeming their normal bonuses, and losing and losing and then I win, and now they gone a lot of those deposits were investments into them into their system, so it’s almost like it was just a lure cause the second I win it was going to be pulled away. I haven't read such a long post for a long time and I'm a bit disappointed that it's slowly becoming a general rule that if a player wins a bigger amount on a bonus, the casino decides not to offer it to him. I think that they don't keep too many loyal ones this way, when they also have a program where you get points for deposits as well. 

Anyway, for someone new, bonuses with no max cashout are, in my opinion, great fun and when you manage to win it's all the more enjoyable. If I found out that after a win this situation would occur, I probably wouldn't deposit anymore. Or if I did, only smaller amounts.

Hi , i am attempting my first withdraw but when i try to withdraw the $2000 max withdrawal , it says please stick to the $500 daily global limit.

I saw in reviews before i joined that players were able to withdraw $2000, not sure why this is happening has this happened to anyone else ?
