What do I have to do now?
You can login as usual and request your withdrawal for your current account balance and we please ask you to do so before the 17th of February 2022. Your withdrawal will be handled in accordance with our terms and conditions, should any fee apply we will notify you.
On the 18th of February 2022 at 11:00 we will close all our brands under our MGA license and you will not be able to make use of any of our services. Funds which have not been requested before the 18th of February at 11:00 will be handed over to the MGA.
What will happen to my data?
Your data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, data protection and privacy legislation. We are required to keep your data to the extent that its retention is required for compliance with the legal obligations to which we’re subject. After the expiration of these periods, your personal data will be deleted. Upon termination of our sites, you will be removed from all our mailing lists that you may have subscribed to.
