Played on betting ste jeffBet and these guys are super rip off merchants!!

They were quick enough to accept my out of date passport for identity verification and the box that said "identity verified" had a green tick however, when I won nearly 2k over a couple of weeks, I tried to withdraw the money only to be told that I wasn't verified for identification.

Luckily, I took a screenshot and then I let them waffle away in live chat and after 5/10 mins......

Bang! Showed the screenshot and I got the payment.

They are a nasty company that will try their hardest to withhold your money.

Talk rubbish that the verification process was done automatically by an AI.

There was loads of delay, they refused to pay for aaaaaages and it was annoying.

I've read reviews off the Net after everything happened and they were 50/50.

Some said, good casino, some saying awful and it's a fight to get your money.

thanks for your swift response mate! So I’m a digital nomad an I travel around the world. I’ve been sat in there airport whilst playing jeffbet and ended up winning £12,000. Now they’ve sent me an email saying they’ve closed my account and revoked my winnings due to playing in prohibited territory even tho I was on my way back home to the UK. It’s seems really unfair because I’m a loyal customer all my documents have now been accepted just before they closed my account. They even rang me up when I tried to withdraw asking me questions. I feel cheated out of this money because they allowed me to deposit so much of my own money and play freely. These problems only arises soon as I wanted to withdraw the £12,000

i have all the screenshots required to get this money back and I’m happy to pay whoever helps me get it back. Now they’re just ignoring me so I’m really hoping some one higher up can get in touch with them for their unfair business.

Just for your understanding, no VPN was used so they knew where I am and what I’m doing and still allowed me to use their website and deposit freely. You and me know ourself this is very unfair. If I kept loosing there wouldn’t be no issues. But soon as I won and wanted to withdraw that money there’s been every problem you can think of. They rang me up ask me where I’m to and they was fine and just asked me to send my documents. Once the documents got accepted the fired across an email with their unfair terms and codnions which doesn’t mention what counties are not allowed to access the website. And if this is the case why are we able to access the site deposit and play?

And to add on top, I’ve spent £9,000 on a ring for my fiancé thinking I was going to get the winnings as they was pending and now I’m left in £9,000 debt from this company which I need to look for loans

I played in the airport between both uk and bangkok. I only tried to withdraw because I seen this online. My winnings was mostly in the uk airport and I tried to withdraw once I landed

Anyway, I think the best thing to do is probably to avoid playing in a country where the casino is banned, or any casino-related thing, when you're in a country that is prohibited.

either ways, I believe they shouldnt allow you to deposit or even access the account if they aren’t willing to pay

the only thing that doesn’t sit well with me is that they don’t mention none of the countries in their terms and conditions and if I knew I would’ve waited to withdraw once I arrived back home in the uk
