Hello, thank you for your efforts. If I could share a few captcha-fighting tips, I'd forward our tech guys' comments:
Are you using a VPN or browser plugin?
Some VPN services, especially those that use shared or anonymized IP addresses, may trigger security systems like Google reCAPTCHA. This can result in blocked access, failed verification attempts, or pages not loading at all.
Try switching your browser, using incognito/private mode, or disabling browser extensions.
Some add-ons or strict privacy settings can interfere with how websites load. Clearing cookies or switching networks may also help.
Error responses can be inconsistent or unclear.
Instead of a clear "access denied" message, you might see a blank page, failed CAPTCHA, or endless loading. That makes it difficult for us to trace the cause—unless we have more details from you.
To help us investigate the issue, please provide:
The exact time the issue occurred (with time zone, if possible)
The specific link or page you were trying to access
Your IP address at that time (you can find it at whatismyip.com)
Whether you were using a VPN, proxy, or anonymizing service
Your approximate location (country is enough)
Any error message or behavior you experienced (e.g. blank page, CAPTCHA not loading, redirect, etc.)
Your device and browser (e.g. Windows + Chrome, iPhone + Safari, etc.)
Why this matters:
Without these details, we can’t cross-check logs or our security systems to determine whether the issue was on our side or caused by external factors (like flagged IPs, browser settings, or third-party blocks).
Even a short message with a few technical details can help us resolve the issue faster – and make sure others don’t run into the same problem.
