Εκτέλεση Pokerstars. Προφανώς, η πληρωμή δεν είναι εθελοντική

Είχα δίκιο στο δικαστήριο και μήνυσα το Pokerstars για 40k. Αλλά δεν θέλετε να πληρώσετε το ποσό.

Στις αρχές Νοεμβρίου, απειλήθηκε η εκτέλεση στη Μάλτα.

Τώρα το ερώτημα είναι αν και πότε και πώς μπορούν να εκτελεστούν;

I mean, if you sued them and won the trial, then this is probably the right question for a Maltese lawyer. I'm sure you won't have any issues finding a Maltese lawyer that is experienced in this field since. Since you sued them for 40k, I guess it's worth it hiring the local lawyer just to get the right advice.

Έχω ήδη τις 4 διαπραγματεύσεις στη Μάλτα. Η εκτέλεση σέρνεται για πάνω από ένα χρόνο!

Απλώς δεν θέλουν να πληρώσουν. Είναι περίπου 40 χιλιάδες για μένα.

Ο χρηματοδότης της δίκης με παρηγορεί πάντα. Δεν μπορείτε πραγματικά να διαβάσετε αν ο Pok...Sta... έχει ήδη παρακολουθήσει τις επιβολές.
