If a bank account is blocked because of online casino transactions, this is usually due to this. The bank wants to ensure that the funds come from a trustworthy source and are not linked to terrorism or any other illegal business. Money laundering laws are also important in casinos in Germany.

I guess that is a lot of the current German GGL restrictions. 🙁
