Wanting to know the exact same thing, Google search reveals nothing on these guy's - seems no-one's reviewed them yet...

According to their t&c's, they don't accept UK players...but they do. I - because of being signed up to other RTG UK accepting casino's - signed up to this one, dumb I know as yes, I should've read the t&c's instead of taking it for granted. To be fair though, the UK is listed in the drop down menu of countries to select, AND I was instantly accepted. Not only that, I received a phone call from the customer support, I asked if ok to play as by this time, I'd read the t& c's & it clearly stated no UK - they assured & PROMISED me all was well ... I was dubious, so I didn't deposit, didn't trust them to be honest.
Anyway, they emailed me a free $75 chip, I won, wagered, sent all relevant verification info & tried to withdraw the allowed $100...
Received an email today stating I'd placed bets over $5 & I wasn't getting anything. So I just emailed back & told them I'd no longer ever bother with them again. Thank goodness I didn't deposit!
Why not just be honest & say that I wasn't to receive the withdrawal because I'm from the UK!??
Thinking about it, it's probably because they are of the mindset & hopes that I do indeed deposit...well there's absolutely no chance of that - EVER.
Would love to hear your experience regarding these crooks, awful casino, not to be trusted AT all!
Hello, thank you for sharing this experience. It still could be a chain of errors and unprofessionalism... But result is still the same. 😕 Therefore is great you were so precautions!

Honestly, that's something that was regularly mentioned on our meetings. We believe that if you try to access the casino from a restricted country, the country shouldn't even be in "country of residence list" and if it's still there, you shouldn't be able to complete the registration - it should simply say that the registration failed since you're from a restricted country. Then you could either leave the website or change the country to something that isn't true. In that case, the casino could claim that you sign up with information that isn't correct and that would be your fault.
It's extremely easy to remove the restricted countries from the list (drop down menu), but many casinos haven't done this until now.

You are not alone. I placed my first withdrawal on November 18th and I still have not received payment. The casino offered to send my money through BTC, which I do not use. But I am tired of waiting so I created an account with coinbase to receive my first 3 withdrawal request. I was told that my money was sent and it should take within 24 hours or less to receive. I will see. If I do not receive anything within that time frame, I am going to place an complaint. This is ridiculous and very unprofessional.

Αλλά έχω βαρεθεί να περιμένω, γι' αυτό δημιούργησα έναν λογαριασμό στο coinbase για να λάβω τα πρώτα 3 αιτήματα ανάληψης. Μου είπαν ότι τα χρήματά μου στάλθηκαν και θα χρειαστούν εντός 24 ωρών ή λιγότερο για να τα παραλάβω. Θα δω. Εάν δεν λάβω τίποτα εντός αυτού του χρονικού πλαισίου, θα υποβάλω μια καταγγελία. Αυτό είναι γελοίο και πολύ αντιεπαγγελματικό.

Yes. Contact the casino about this method and they can walk you through the steps on how to set up an account. As I mentioned, I set up an account with coinbase this morning and my first 3 withdrawals were sent to my BTC. I contacted coinbase customer service and they informed me it may take up to 72 hours to receive my funds. So I will give it 72 hours but if I do not receive anything, I'm going to complain.
