Please read the guide I sent you. No decent casino works solely through social media and provides such crazy bonuses. Also, in a serious casino, you won't win 120K easily without the need of a single deposit, and the 200€ for a withdrawal fee is fishy at best.

Just because a casino has something like this on its website doesn’t mean it’s always legitimate. You need to check the GCB registry to see if the casino actually has a license. If this is the same casino the player was referring to, it’s quite possible that it’s a scam. Be careful.

What you're describing is a common scam used by fraudulent casinos, so definitely don't deposit any money there. A $1,000 bonus is too good to be true. Most importantly, the casino then asks for $200 just so you can withdraw your money or so they can verify you, and that’s definitely not normal. So if you see a site like this and this kind of information, run as far away as you can.
