Πόσο ανέντιμα ή αναξιόπιστα μπορούν να είναι στην πραγματικότητα τα διαδικτυακά καζίνο χωρίς να αντιμετωπίζουν κυρώσεις;


Είναι γεγονός ότι στις μέρες μας δυστυχώς είναι σύνηθες τα καζίνο να «αγοράζουν» θετικές κριτικές με δωρεάν περιστροφές και τα συναφή (δείτε παρακάτω), αλλά το γεγονός ότι ο διαχειριστής αυτών των δύο καζίνο (Tixi Multimedia BV / Multitix Limited) απλώς αναφέρει εντελώς διαφορετικούς διαχειριστές σε αυτές τις επικοινωνίες είναι σίγουρα παραπλανητικό και τελικά δόλιο!

Retroactive rejections are our most powerful tool in combating fake or biased reviews because, in most cases, we need a handful of those to identify patterns and "users' behavior." I can assure you that in the case of decent casinos, the damage caused by positive "reviews" is minimal. However, when it comes to dealing with fakes and paid attempts in real time, our position is uneasy. Yet that is not my point.

Therefore, we plan to publish only verified reviews on our website in the future. Romi may tell you how many reviews we reject each month to keep the rating as fair as possible—it can be more than 50%. The main issue is that we expect many players to be put off by the verification process, which means we expect to lose some unbiased reviews as well. On the other hand, I vote for these steps because it only takes a few minutes on Trustpilot to see that reviews in general have now become a paid business.

Well, it is not easy to be sure which review is real and which one is fake, as I could call them, you know.

We always take care of every review individually and stick to our guidelines, but sometimes, even though we may think that a review is not okay, we are unable to prove it somehow. I hope you understand me here, really.

So, as you say, we are really somehow powerless, but on the other side, the good thing is that user reviews are not included in the overall rating or better safety index of the casino, and this way those fake reviews can't influence that.

BEWARE – Interac deposits accepted, but no accessible fiat withdrawals

I want to share my experience to warn other Canadian players.

This casino accepts Interac e-Transfer deposits and states that withdrawals must be made using the same payment method. I deposited approximately $50 via Interac, played, and won about $700.

When I attempted to withdraw my winnings, I discovered that no fiat withdrawal options were available at all. There was no Interac withdrawal option, and the only withdrawal methods offered were cryptocurrency-related.

I contacted support and explained that I do not use cryptocurrency and that many crypto-related services are not accessible or practical for Canadian players. I was told that my only options were:

to wait an indefinite amount of time for Interac withdrawals to become available again (with no timeframe provided), or

to deposit again using a crypto method, wager that new deposit, and then withdraw everything in crypto.

I was also informed that changing the withdrawal method requires making a new deposit and wagering it, which I was not willing to do in order to access my existing balance.

The casino’s Terms & Conditions state that they reserve the right to refuse certain withdrawal methods and require a bank transfer instead. However, despite referencing this clause, no bank transfer option has actually been offered or enabled.

As it stands, Interac withdrawals are unavailable, bank transfer is not offered, and cryptocurrency is effectively the only immediate option. This left me unable to withdraw my winnings without either redepositing or engaging in crypto.

I strongly recommend that Canadian players exercise caution and fully understand the withdrawal limitations before depositing. I have opened a complaint and awaiting results. I just wanted to warn everyone.

Hi, I think this information will definitely be useful to players. I'm glad you shared it. I see that the main problem is the payment method. I believe and hope that we will be able to solve this together. So bank transfer is also not possible, and you don't have it as an option? It's quite limiting if you can only withdraw with crypto.

According to their teens and conditions, they have the right to cancel a withdrawal and prices it through bank transfer yet they are not offering that to me and instead saying I must deposit more money with a crypto amount, meet wager requirements and then withdraw through the crypto method. Corruption at its finest and yes, I hope to get a response from the complaint department as it’s 5 days now that it’s in review….. it’s clear that the casino is hoping I play my 700$ winnings and lose it; I will not touch it out of principle.

Their terms and conditions say that they reserve the right to cancel a withdrawal method and send a bank transfer however they aren’t offering it to me. Instead they insist that I deposit more money in crypto, meet the wager requirement and then withdraw all funds through crypto. I will absolutely not do this as it sounds highly dubious and against principle and regulations.

Their terms and conditions stipulate that they can cancel a withdrawal method and send a bank transfer which I’m all for! But they insist I deposit more money into crypto…which I will not do.

If it is not possible to withdraw funds other than using crypto, I would try to file a complaint with us and see if they can help us. If they cannot give any timeframe for when other payment methods will be available, it does not reflect well on them.

Thanks Jaro, I submitted a complaint 7 days ago which was approved… still waiting as the "case is being examined"…hopefully it will be resolved.

They even provide false advertisement on their correspondence by claiming they accept Visa and Mastercard, which they clearly do not. file

Paid in the end, through my own efforts, but the Terms & Conditions are concerning


I ultimately received my withdrawal, which I appreciate. However, I will not deposit here again due to the payment clauses in their Terms & Conditions which I’m very surprised are not flagged as unfair by casino guru.

The terms allow the casino to:


Restrict or suspend specific withdrawal methods without notice

Require withdrawals through different channels at their discretion

Demand a new deposit and wagering before approving a change in withdrawal method

Conduct extended verification procedures and they are allowed up toto 6 months to verify someone.



In my case, Interac deposits were accepted, but Interac withdrawals were temporarily unavailable, and changing the withdrawal method required additional steps that created unnecessary risk and uncertainty.


Although I was eventually paid, the broad discretion outlined in their payment and withdrawal policies creates potential complications for players. I would strongly advise reading the withdrawal terms carefully before depositing.


For me, the risk outweighs the convenience.

I'm glad you got your money and I don't blame you for making that decision. 

To be honest, it would be quite normal for a casino to have problems with a certain payment method and ask you to use another one, but what I don't agree with is that if it's their mistake, you have to wager that deposit again. Especially if they gave you a higher amount, for example 3x. In that case, I would say that it is not very user-friendly. If they offered you another method that you could both agree on and deposit with, and they verified it immediately and gave it priority, I would see that as a solution. 

In any case, after what you've described, I'm not surprised that you don't want to play here, and I wish you luck elsewhere. 🙂
