I just joined I haven't played yet and I'm wondering if I should play at all. I have been reading lot of reviews on Black Lotus and some players won big wins and can't collect. The casino doesn't pay out. They wanted a selfie of me holding my credit card for verification just to play there. I denied that I said if I win I will send all that information in although I'm not too happy about holding my face with my license and my credit card. What is the purpose of that? Most casinos wanna make sure that your name on your ID matches your utility bill matches the address you're shown on your account. Taking a selfie of you holding your license seems shady to me.

I believe I'm going to shock you now. I would take that as a good step because if you win, you are most likely to avoid troubles associated with the verification, you will be already verified. Furthermore, I see that as a great responsible gambling tool - not saying that it affects you personally, just think that this allow the casino to reject players who try to play even if they had previously asked for the account closure.

To me it seems, that the casino just wants to be sure that the card is truly yours and that you can access it at any time, so you don't have to "borrow it". My debit card was scammed recently and my money was sent to the casino, the second thing (after I took a series of deep breaths to assemble my thoughts) that comes to my mind was "hell, enjoy! How do you think you will pass the verification??"

I'm 100% sure that such practices are more than common, maybe the casino takes better care.

Still, if you don't like it, don't do it. It's about you and your trust.

I understand now. Makes sense, But after reading some of the user reviews seems like this casino doesn't like to pay. I always read reviews before depositing. There are a lot of negatives here and at lotusasia.

OMG! please don’t attempt to use Black Lotus online casino. It is a total rip off. After I made my deposit Only 1 game & 1 table would load. I ask for my deposit back was told they would start a request but it would take 21 business days. I ask for a case number was told "this is an internal escalation to our finnace team" and to call in 3 days to see if the refund was approved. Then closed the chat. What a shame. It’s a beautiful website.

The majority of their Promotions and Bonuses have a maximum payout of only $110.00 or $1,000 dollars and they don't clearly tell you that. On some promotions you will see the term "T & C apply". However, T&C information is not provided in your account. After some research it is located at the very bottom of a page under the heading of HOME, it is also 19 pages rules. At some points they will offer free spins that if used has a maximum payout of only $100 dollars, no matter how well you end up winning. In my case I was up to 28,000 and called to confirm withdrawal methods. After submitting a withdrawal request where I received a message that it was approved, I received an email the following day essentially saying that since I took a promotion the maximum I could receive is $1,000. I was shocked as nowhere did I see that information. I was told that I should have read the fine print. I have not seen this shady practice with any other casinos. And I have had issues getting my small withdrawal. Also, the took the remaining of my funds because they were no longer of use due to my maximum withdrawal. Crazy.

Hi, unfortunately what you describe is common in casinos. Terms and conditions are usually found at the bottom of the page just as you mentioned and it's a good idea to read these things when you play in a casino with a bonus or alternatively ask the support what rules apply to the bonus so you don't end up sad. 

I would say that $1000 from the bonus is quite a lot because I mostly see amounts like 100 or 150, so even though I see how much you've wagered I wouldn't be that sad. 😥

However, I believe that now you will always pay attention to this information and see if it is worth taking the bonus or if you would rather play without it.

I played on a.bonus I won quiet a bit,I ask could I get what I had won.they told me I could ,but first I has to cancel the bonus .I think was 200,after I did that I still had won over 1500 dollars,.I cashed out and about 3 weeks later received 400 dollars,.this was black lotus casino.ever si ce I never play on a bonus.only my cash that I put in..,

I would say that it was not the best recommendation, because if you upload something with a bonus and don't finish it all then I would think that if you cancel the bonus, the money you uploaded with it will disappear. 

However, you should always be careful and cautious when you take a bonus and read all the relevant information so that you don't get into unpleasant situations. 

That's why I would say that more and more players are playing with deposit only and avoiding bonuses.

Hello… I’m here to ask people if they ever receive any of their withdrawals from Black Lotus Casino… reason being is I myself just requested for a withdrawal… waiting now.. the finance department will review my withdrawal for 48 hrs period then 5-7 days it will be transferred to my bank account… hoping and praying they will pay!

I have played black lotus quiet a.bit.never had a problem with payout,most was 1400.i.won and received 1360,if all is ok on your side there is a 7 day wait period for them to review,and then took I think 10 more days b I got it.,little slow but always there.,that was wire transfer.to my.bank.i think crypto payout is faster.,overall pretty good casino.
