I'd say it's better to put all of these information into text and make a nice website, but maybe someone will prefer the video. I also believe that it would be better to talk about the casinos and say more about them based on your experience and actually show to your viewers how the casinos look like.

I prefer the videos on youtube, rather than text, but I definitely agree with your point - since its a video, why not show the viewers what these casinos look like.
