I recently deposited a fair amount into a site called betswagger without the knowledge I have now that they are operating in the uk with no license and are effectively a scam site with no RTP posted for the majority of games etc. I’m looking at going through with a chargeback as I have seen a lot of other people do with similar sites probably run by the same people out of curaco.
if I was to do a chargeback is it best for me to go down the route of scam/ misinterpreting the website or just no goods recieved.
this site is taking deposits from the uk without a license to do so but are somehow adding the gambling mc code to any transactions.
it also states in their t&cs that any deposit or withdrawal in a place where the site isn’t licenced are bassicly void and will not be refunded/processed yet having no list of country’s where they can’t operate. Ontop of this they’re not making it clear due to being able to deposit in GBP, from mainly Uk banks such as Monzo and Revolut
any deposits made were paid to pyd*pprocessing which cannot be linked to any company apart from "Pulsion processing" which I cannot find any information on anywhere
any advice on what way to go about this would be great.
