Unfortunately my review on this casino have to be very low. There is zero help from support, tech, telegram, email. They stopped responding, they don’t try to fix the problem. They (their mistake) put wrong my email and my phone number to my account. After that they say it’s all correct, they frozen my account for verification- fair enough- I past verification to find out I can’t log in to my account because details on my account are different then the one I asked them to put. Since then nobody responds to me, and here support ask gurucaisno to close complain as it’s solved - when it’s not. On the account where I made deposit, I have left 8000pln and I can’t withdraw it. Chat ask me to email, email ask me to speak to chat. Datachange email not responding, telegram (where I put correct email and phone number to put to my account (I have screenshots) have detailed our conversation probably with hope I didn’t do screenshot). My experience with this casino is nothing but stressful, ignoring me, not trying to solve problem, not apologising for their mistakes and no helpful at all. I would highly not recommend to play on this casino. My id. 138459087

I deposit few times, never got any winnings - even though I play for little. But tonight o had deposit and it was winthdawal from my Binance wallet I send all screenshot and support keep saying I didn’t deposit to their casino. I did, I send numerous screenshot it’s the same address evens support on chat say yeah it looks weird but still nothing. So I’m assuming they just scammed me. Very bad experience

Hi Dziizas - You did not email us any details as requested so that we could help, which is a shame. :(

But we found your account anyway. Hooray for us!
The crypto deposit you mentioned was sent by you but with incorrect details on 20th Oct
You contacted support they could not find the deposit. So they created a ticket.
The Accounts dept found the money and credited it to your account on the 21st Oct
(Everyone knows that tracking lost/incorrect Crypto payments can be almost impossible so they are heroes for finding it!)
You played with the funds straight away...lost them....and then requested a permanent closure of your CryptoCasino account.

So in summary:

You did have a (self created) problem with a deposit.
You did not even give our support/Accounts even 24 hours to look into it before posting a review here.
They found your deposit and credited it.
You didn't even come back here and say it was fixed.
