As of this morning I received confirmation from my solicitors of the attached.
I have received default judgement (Rocketplay refused to engage with the court so we applied) meaning Scorestech 5.5 and Rocketplay partners now owe me €1800.
I filed a claim via my solicitors here - https://www.eccourts.org/ - After the casino refused to engage. after 3 months. The court took about 2 months to process and the other side did not engage. As a result we filed for default order. Again Rocketplay did not engage. Therefore judgement was awarded to me.
This is now on the company record and if they do not pay the amount within the time I can pay the court for enforcement.
What we discovered during this process however is physical offices for the casino do not exist!
